Team Landon is a full time team consisting of husband and wife Dave and Kirsten Landon, Team member Melissa Goode Spencer, plus licensed assistant / office manager Nancy Husfelt-Price. We are top producing agents for the Patterson-Schwartz Newark office and rank in the top 5% in the nation and top 1% in the state of Delaware.
